Stats For The Last Three Months

I have decided to do a little blogpost with some stats. These stats are from June 1st until August 31st 2008

Browsers

First we will take a look at the browsers. as you can see FireFox is the most used browser with 55%. I wonder how Google Chrome will do, will it take market share from Internet Explorer or from Firefox(or both)?

Internet Explorer 39.04%
Opera 2.96%
Safari 1.84%
Mozilla 0.45%

If we drill down into Internet Explorer we can see that Internet Explorer 6.0 is still used by 30% of the people using Internet Explorer. As you can see some people still use version 5.5

Operating Systems

Now we will take a look at the Operating Systems
Windows is clearly number 1 with Linux just barely beating the Macintosh.

If we drill down into windows we can see that Vista is at about 20%

For the Macintosh the vast majority of the people are running an Intel mac

In terms of search there is really no competition; Google is king
